Hello Church,
I hope that you are well, and thank you for taking the time to read our phase one relaunch guidelines. With direction from our Alliance District Superintendent, state and local guidelines, and your feedback we have a simple phased approach to follow for the relaunch of Faith Community Church. Nothing will be perfect and we will adjust as we need to as we move forward. The main focus is safety and staying unified as a church body.
If you feel sick, have any symptoms of sickness, or are in a vulnerable people group please stay home and continue to watch our service online. We will all be together soon enough and we do not want any of our church family to fall ill. Ultimately, you are the judge of when it’s ok to return to a large gathering and you must use common sense when approaching this sensitive subject. Despite our opinions of our current environment, we have all been directly or indirectly affected by this unprecedented time.
As you read through our phase one approach below it may seem too strict or not strict enough to you. As we relaunch our services and invite our church family back into the building please be patient and grace-filled as all of us are in the same storm but not in the same boat. We must continue to show Christ to one another and to our neighbors near and far. Each new phase will ease restrictions and open activities to eventually reach a “new normal.” Simply put, We will not be this way forever. On line services are here to stay and watching services at home will always be an option for you and your family.
Thank you for calling FCC home and if there is anything that we can do for you or your family, we would love to hear from you. We hope to see you soon.
Your Church Elders,
Tom Hatten, Jeff Deboy, Clovis Mabiala, Thomas Creech, & Brian Reeve
