Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.” Matthew 19:14 (ESV)
YOUR CHILDREN ARE IMPORTANT TO US!
We are committed to providing a safe, loving environment for all of our babies and children. All FCC children’s volunteers are trained and have passed current background checks. During your first visit, you will be asked to complete an information card specific to your child(ren), for optimal care. Our devoted team loves working with kids and desires to see them grow in their relationship with Christ.
NURSERY: BIRTH - 2 YEARS
Children ages birth to 2 years may be dropped off in the nursery before our worship service, as early as 9:50 am. Parents are provided with a pager for quick notification if needed. Our nursery is fully staffed with volunteers looking to love on our littlest attenders who can play (or sleep!) during the worship service. The leaders will want to know about allergies, sleep schedules, snacks, or anything else that can make the time most enjoyable for the little one! Mothers are also welcome to use our nursery during the Sunday service for nursing. We stream the worship service directly into the room for your convenience.
CLASSROOMS:
AGES 2 to 3YRS & AGES 4 to 5YRS
We have two classes divided by the above age groups. These children can be dropped off in their classroom before the worship service, as early as 9:50 am. Parents are provided with a pager for quick notification if needed. During the worship service, children will play and enjoy a time of crafts, music and snacks, and learn about the love of Jesus! Teachers use The Gospel Project curriculum to help inspire and grow the children in their faith.
CLASSROOM: AGES 6 to 10+YRS
Children ages 6 to 10+ years-old first join us, with their parents, in the FCC sanctuary for the music portion of our Worship service. The kids are then dismissed and welcomed into the Sunday school classroom. There, they will be engaging in conversations with peers, building relationships with teachers, and learning about the big love of God. Teachers use The Gospel Project curriculum to disciple children in God’s Word, how to apply it to their lives and bring hope to the world around them!
